At Namaste Massage, we are committed to providing a peaceful and professional experience. To help us serve you better, please review our booking and massage policies:
Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

A credit card may be required to secure your booking. No charges will be made until after your service, unless in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, with the full service price still applying.

Massage Services

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible denial of future services.

Our licensed therapists will tailor each massage to your needs, but please communicate any concerns or discomfort during your session.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule.

Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, or allergies prior to your session.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable but fully transferable.

Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
