Booking & Service Policy — Namaste Massage

At Namaste Massage, we are committed to providing a peaceful and professional experience. To help us serve you better, please review our booking and massage policies:

Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.

  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

  • A credit card may be required to secure your booking. No charges will be made until after your service, unless in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, with the full service price still applying.

Massage Services

  • All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible denial of future services.

  • Our licensed therapists will tailor each massage to your needs, but please communicate any concerns or discomfort during your session.

Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule.

  • Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, or allergies prior to your session.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

​

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable but fully transferable.

  • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
